Terms of Sale

All prices detailed in this site are in, and are payable in, Singapore dollars (SGD$) and include GST where applicable. For international purchases the actual amount payable is calculated at the prevailing conversion rate, as determined by your credit card provider.

Product prices shown on the Site exclude shipping and handling fees. You will be advised of any shipping and handling fees on the online order form when completing your online purchase. All purchases must be paid for in full and cleared before Dew Essence will deliver the Product to you. Payments can be made by bank transfer, paypal and bank cheque, goods will not be sent until payment has cleared.

Customers are responsible for determining correct sizing information.

Refunds

Goods returned within 7 days of receipt, in original condition, can be fully exchanged for any other item of the same value. Freight and Service charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless an error was made by Dew Essence supplying incorrect or defective goods, in which case Dew Essence will pay the freight.
